We organize, empower, and mobilize Asian Americans to engage in the democratic process.

Our People, Our Power: Our Growing Impact

Asian Americans are the fastest growing racial group in the United States. Between 2000 and 2023, our population nearly doubled from 11.9 million to more than 23 million; today, we make up 7 percent of the population and 5.6 percent of all eligible voters. By the year 2060, we are projected to grow to an estimated 36.8 million, or 9.1 percent of the population—meaning that nearly 1 in every 10 Americans will be Asian American.[1]

Asian American Change Fund (AAFCF) was established in 2022 with the mission to organize, empower and mobilize Asian Americans - communities of West Asian, South Asian, Southeast Asian, and East Asian descent- to engage in the democratic process. We envision a world where all people are able to pursue their highest dreams, live with their loved ones, and participate fully in their democracy.

Towards our mission, we implement a  multifaceted approach of intergenerational community organizing, public policy advocacy, year-round integrated civic engagement, and leadership development to build political power in our Asian American community for a more just world. As such, we are uniquely positioned to meet this pivotal moment with the linguistic, cultural, and relational competencies necessary to educate, organize, and mobilize Asian American voters for meaningful change.

AAFCF currently has active chapters in Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia.
